Jamón Ibérico, made from black Iberian pigs, is Spain’s culinary treasure.
The pigs roam freely and feed on acorns, giving the ham its rich, nutty flavor. It’s cured for up to three years, creating a delicacy that will melt in your mouth.
The ham is sliced paper-thin and served on its own or with bread for tapas.
¡Delicioso!

And one last thing - this publication will stay free forever, but if you feel I deserve a cup of matcha 🍵 here and there, then please buy me some - the next drink’s on me! ☕
