Tallinn Town Hall Pharmacy (Raeapteek) is indeed the oldest pharmacy in Europe that has been continuously operating at the same location since it opened in 1422.
For example, in Zagreb, Croatia, there is a working pharmacy that was officially open in 1355. That's why I know it is better to say 'one of the oldest' :)
